DelcoContact supports families who are currently trying to access mental health services in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, by connecting with them through Family Peer Specialists (FPS) and Youth Support Partners (YSP). Learning about all of the treatment options available and planning to access them can be overwhelming at first. In DelcoContact, you will work with an FPS or YSP to enroll in the appropriate mental health program that is the best fit for you and your family.
DelcoContact offers Community Based Care Coordination from Family Peer Specialists and Youth Support Partners.
Delaware County residents between ages 5-21 are eligible.
Service providers and families/youth who need support navigating the mental health system in Delaware County can make a referral.
The DelcoContact staff is made up of parents and youth who have navigated the mental health systems in Delaware County for themselves or their families. They have experienced similar challenges and know how to overcome the barriers that can sometimes stand in the way of getting the help you need. We are excited to join with you and your family through our shared experiences.
